The Login and Logout options are found at the top of the Gettimelam.com website. Click here to login to Gettimelam.com.

2. Why do I have to login and logout of Gettimelam.com everytime I visit the website?
Logging in and Logging out everytime you visit Gettimelam.com keeps your account and personal information secure from access from unauthorized persons. If you are sure that no unauthorized person uses your computer then you can choose to remain logged into your Gettimelam.com account indefinitely.

4. Is it safe to be permanently logged into the Gettimelam.com Service?

If you have forgotten your password, we can send it to you via email. Click here and enter your email. You will receive your Profile ID and Password immediately.

8. I am not happy with my Profile ID that I chose during registration. Can I change it now?
No. Gettimelam.com Matrimonials does not allow you to change your Profile ID since it is used as a unique identifier in several places within the system. Therefore we recommend that you choose your Profile ID carefully. Exceptions will be made solely at the discretion of Gettimelam.com Customer Relations.

9. How can I change my password?
To change your password, all you need to do is follow the following steps:

2) On the left of your screen, click the My Account option.
3) Follow the instructions in the form to change your password.

1. How to upgrade my profile to Platinum / Diamond / Gold membership?
Login to your account and choose to upgrade your membership.
Follow the instructions to upgrade your account.

3. How do I add a photo to my profile?

1) Login to your account.
2) Click on "Upload Photo" link or your photo if you uploaded one before.
3) Click the 'Browse' button and select the digital photo (in JPG /GIF format) you wish to add to your profile.
4) Select display option for your photo.
5) Click on "Add Photo" to add the photo to your profile.

The photo will be added as your Main Photo. You now have the option of adding up to 3 photos to your profile. You can also manage your photos and decide which should be your main photo.

4. Can I add more than one photo to my profile?
Yes. You can add up to 3 photos to your profile.

5. How do I change a photo in my profile?

1) Login to your account.
2) Click on "Upload Photo" link or your photo if you uploaded one before.

6. How do I view protected photos?

If a photo prompts for a password to be viewed when you try to view it, it means that this member has protected his/her photo for privacy reasons. To view a protected photo, you need a photo password. Contact the member and get the photo password to view the photo.

7. How do I add horoscope to my profile?

1) Login to your account.
2) Click on "My Profile" link on the left of your screen.
3) Click the 'Add your horoscope" link
4) Click on "Browse" button and select the horoscope (in JPG /GIF format) you wish to add to your profile.
5) Select display option for your horoscope.
6) Click on "Submit" button to add the photo to your profile.

8. How do I view protected horoscope?

If a horoscope prompts for a password to be viewed when you try to view it, it means that this member has protected his/her horoscope for privacy reasons. To view a protected horoscope, you need a horoscope password. Contact the member and get the horoscope password to view the horoscope.

9. I forgot my horoscope password. How do I retrieve it?
You cannot retreive it but you can set a new password. To set a password

1) Login to your account.
2) Click on "My Profile" link on the left of your screen.
3) Click the 'Add your horoscope" link
4) Type a new password in the password box
5) Click on "Submit" button to change the password.

10. How to unprotect my horoscope and make it viewable?

1) Login to your account.
2) Click on "My Profile" link on the left of your screen.
3) Click the 'Add your horoscope" link
4) Select the display option.
5) Click on "Submit" button to change the password.

11. What is star match?
Star match (Nakshatra Match) is compatibility test between a boy and a girl. If there is more than 5 matches, then its considered as the boy and the girl have are compatible. Then they can proceed to horoscope match. Click here to see sample result.
